analyzing competitors backlinks Recursively ?

Is there any tool that can analyze and detect competitors link wheels and pyramids recursively ?
Like finding all backlinks in first step and then in next step find all backlinks of backlinks and how are they all interlinked.

I would question whether the results would be useful. But Ice is right, you could also do this with ahrefs (or both). Would take a few hours for a competent programmer to make a simple version of this.

this will most likely cost more than you'd like to pay considering the value you'd derive from it. I'd stick to analyzing first tier links.
