(2) the police report says that the two rented sports cars were going between 55-60 MPH at 4am on the 2600 block of Pine Tree Drive, but GPS units in the cars show them only driving 27 MPH at that time and place.
Now if he can get a California "Dr Feelgood" to write him a retroactive prescription for Xanax, and claim he was misunderstood about whether or when he'd also smoked pot that night, then he'll skate through these charges like Wayne Gretsky.
