Any good with Excel?

I need to import a CSV file into an excel sheet, "piece of piss" i hear you say.

Well, i need it to be inserted into an excel template. Ya know, colours, random text, formulas, etc etc.

Anyone know how to do this?

Microsoft Excel does this automatically. First open Excel, and open the CSV file. You'll be prompted with an import wizard where you can select delimiters and what not. It's pretty straight forward.
