took me 16 years to quit drinking & smoking, so started drinking coffee as a bridge when I finally decided to quit & ended up with a bunch of tension & back/neck problems. Switched to fruit juice & frozen green grapes/banannas/blueberries (those three seem to work best w/o the picking up a stale flavor in the freezer).

Of course then I read in 4-hour body about how too much fruit juice for guys can dramatically increase iron levels. Guess the moral for me is moderation, which I've always struggled with. I don't have the back pain and am much more level w/o alternating stimulants & depressants though, so a step in the right direction.
 
I don't do any drugs or stimulants because they have no effect on me. Only thing that works is alcohol. Coffee is just a waste of money for me.
 
None but it would be a stretch calling me a webmaster. Good music playing as soon as I wake up gets me through any grogginess.
 
In the process of quitting alcohol + nicotine so caffeine is my last rock. To be honest, I really don't abuse it on a daily basis but it definitely helps once in a while.

In the process.... What kind of faggy shit is this. You either smoke, drink, or you don't. If you want to quit, then quit. If you don't quit, then you don't really want to in the first place.

Caffeine free since 2000. Realized it probably wasn't good for me when I could guzzle two mountain dews and then roll over and fall asleep.

I can still pull an all-nighter or get by for awhile on a few hours sleep.
 
I'm on caffeine, but my latest nootropic of choice is ALCAR, 2g/day. Acetyl l carnitine.

Bulk powder smells nasty but it works real well with piracetam for me instead of choline for some reason.

Great for endurance athletes too.

Current stack is simple:
Piracetam 2-4g/day (plus Choline from eggs with veggies)
ALCAR 2g/day.
Bout 200mg caffeine/day
 
I've never even taken Jack3d or Aderall or any type of stimulant for that matter, aside from caffeine. I have 1 or 2 cups of coffee in the AM. Occasionally I may have a Dr. Pepper, but that's about the extent of my stimulant intake.
 
I drink one can of pepsi or coke a day, that's it, unless I get bored,

I drink a rockstar once or twice a week, if i dont drink pepsi.

and once a day for men vitamin.
 
I used to guzzle 5 espressos a day for around 15 years until I started to get panic attacks (really scary ones). Now I can only get away with caffeine if it's before a workout, or combined with at least a few beers or other alcoholic beverages.

I never thought it was possible to wake up without the stuff, but surprisingly I find that I can get more work done upon waking without the whole coffee ritual -- being more calm = more productivity for me.

Amazon Prime has Primaforce ALCAR in bulk.

Caffeine, get from coffee, pills, Jack3d (which has its other stuff), etc.

Piracetam... amazon has some now, but this is a moving target.

Read up on ALCAR in the bb.com forums and such. Lots of people like it. Some prefer aniracetam to piracetam in their basic stacks. I just have a crapload of piracetam from when I bought a ton thinking it was gonna get banned by FDA (still not 100% sure where this stands... but it's not always easy to get hands on).

At some point I'm also going to try Choline CDP (Citicoline) as part of this. But I'm happy with what I have for now.
 
Has anyone ever OD'ed on caffeine? I accidentally took some No-Doz pills (irrelevant as to why) and washed it down with coffee. What an epic disaster.

I've overdone it with caffeine and energy drinks in the past, usually just feel flush/anxious/shaky for a few hours. A trick to help with that is to eat a large meal if you feel like shit, give your body some resources to work with. Also, drink a lot of fucking water.
