"blackhat" is what I consider to be legal in some areas but illegal in others so it really depends on the partners/people that I am working with. If you're taking US issued credit cards used by US customers, then you can easily get shut out of the credit card processing game just like online gambling sites. They would do it by blacklisting your MID's MCC as an illegal business.
Also if you're such an expert on credit card processing, then you'd be aware that even a Eastern European bank can lose their Visa/Mastercard charter. With many Russian banks (if not all), due to US sanctions, this has already happened.
If you're selling to US customers, then the US and their courts consider you in their jurisdiction and violating federal law.
Can you explain the merchant account services that are being offered in the United States for escort services? I understand they can all lose their privilege but a lot of them still process for shadier things, like CP. I've done considerable amount of research into payment processors but I need to know everything inside and out so I have somebody I can reliably process high volmue for.
