Good post. But uncovered Americans still get a totally raw deal, and health care still costs more in the US than it does in other developed countries for a similar level of service.

You are correct, I think Obamacare brings more opportunity to outsourcing and nearshore staffing as the US employee becomes more expensive to employ.

Medical tourism is also becoming bigger and bigger.

From a consumer standpoint Obamacare is a flaming rod up the rectum, but it also creates opportunities if you choose to see them.

There are plenty of places to "move on" to for the location independent entrepreneur, basically everyone here.
