My domain names haven't been resolving for the past 30 minutes. Their own moniker.com website is down as well.

I'm up and running just fine. Are you using their DNS? Why not use your own? Or sign up for cloudflare.com for performance improvement as well while you're at it.

I won't leave moniker because of their domain name security features, e.g. allowing clients to set up a custom security profile to transfer/lock/unlock/etc. domain names.

I use moniker for couple of my domains. Most of my names are with Directi / resellerclub.
