Anyone ever use Flippa Deal Flow?

I'm unloading a fairly high value site and I'm going to be using Flippa's Deal Flow brokerage service as they seemed the most confident about finding a buyer for the obscure niche.

Their fee is quite hefty at 10%. We're in the very early stages at the moment but I'm getting the feeling that I'm going to be doing a fuckload more work than the price I'm paying warrants.

Anyone ever use them before that can share their experience?

10% is quite reasonable for a brokerage service. While a broker will do a lot of the sales work for you, there's always an element of work for the seller (especially upfront).

Bryan (who runs DF) is an old business partner of mine and I would vouch for him (despite being a direct competitor)
