Anyone going to Adtech concerned about bedbugs?

I just heard on the radio the bedbug infestation in NYC has hit just about every hotel there is. Is anyone concerned about sleeping up in NYC for the upcoming Adtech show, or worse, having them hop into your suitcases and come home with you?

Not only hotels, the bed bugs have been found in movie theaters, clothing stores, offices, Lincoln Center theater, The Metropolitan Opera House, CBS News offices, even Bill Clinton's office.

I have a friend who just got back from NYC a few weeks ago. He was only there for one night (Marriott I believe) and his room had bedbugs. He just told me that he found them in his apartment last night. It's costing him $600 to have an exterminator get rid of them. He's the first person I've ever met in my entire life who has ever had bedbugs in their home (not common in Missouri).

Have fun with that.

It'll take you all of 1 minute to check the mattress to see if it has bugs, they're not hard to spot. Didn't hear of any problems at ASE.

Our office is a few blocks away from ADTech, it's not as bad as the media makes it seem.
Just make sure you check into a reputable hotel.

Bed bugs are no joke, and they spread like mad. Disinfect your luggage before you come home.

I think they are going to be a huge problem in the US if something isn't done.
