Anyone here supplements with Baking Soda?

The only site I could find saying anything like this with any kind of mention of what alkaline thing is supposedly produced, was a blog written by someone who can't spell. They claimed it counted as alkaline because it stimulated production of Calcium Carbonate (i.e. what the body uses to neutralise overly acidic stomach acid) - so, by that logic, in order to get an alkaline diet, you should eat as much acidic stuff as possible. Unless you have another source (not an autoblog/MFA) on how it become alkaline?

Just test it out for yourself man, not that hard to do. It is a well-known factoid. When your stomach is in less than optimal state: haven't eaten for awhile, so you can feel it pretty acidic, eat an orange or better yet drink some water with lemon and see.

Yeah, check the 2nd video in the OP. 2 years after his metastized cancer, the guy looks pretty damn healthy. Then again, that's just 1 case, I'd like to see hundreds or thousand more similar cases... I've found a few, but still a relatively small statistical pool.

Sounds interesting and like it's potentially pretty beneficial, but I feel like there's definitely a fine line between healthy/screwing your body up.

Here are a few more cases that used the same protocol:

Even though its ideal to see hundreds or thousands more similar cases, its almost an impossibility. Even if baking soda does really work, it won't go mainstream, and there will be no funded trials as it won't make money. The only people who will try this are those willing to even without hundreds or thousands of feedback while the rest of us wait for the feedback. With those that do try it out, only a small percentage will document it on the web (either through procrastination or not familiar with how to post on internet).

Allegedly the baking soda with molasses works really quick. In 12 days it got rid of that guys cancer. So a situation to consider this protocol is when there is a delay between diagnosis of the cancer and conventional treatment. My mum was diagnosed with colon cancer and there was a wait of 3-4 weeks before she had her surgery. So in these kind of instances, the protocol can be considered before conventional treatment occurs.
