If you happen to spend a lot of time in gmail with customers, WORKetc Business Management Software is cool, because it puts a contextual widget in gmail where you can:
- open a ticket right from a customer's email
- see what tickets a customer has, again, within the context of their email
It's more of a CRM tool than straight help desk, but this works well in my situation. $79/month for 2 users.
