I know nothing about real estate bro, but I know how to build a house and I know they fucking sell, so there you go. Build cheap starter houses, sell cheap, fuckin profit, derpp.. it really isn't complicated.

I'm actually trying and doing shit, he's an idiot, but he knows what he's doing and with me his business will grow quite substantially, whether it's in a week or more than five years. I also plan on investing in AM after I scale his business, think what you want. And thanks for your pointless comment.

maryjane, I do hard money loans for people in your situation exactly (seriously.) If you want to fill out a prequalification app you can do so here. It's just basic info so it should only take a minute or 2 to fill out. Basically we don't consider credit so much as some other factors, so it's very easy to get approved.
