I mainly focus on zip and email submits and I hear good things about CPABuilder in terms of their tracking. Has anyone here signed up for these guys?

The reason why I asked this question was because someone earlier was complaining about Copeac's email/zip submits and how they were not tracking correctly. Then a couple people were writing that the ones going through cpabuilder were tracking perfectly. I figured I might as well sign up with them directly.

I highly doubt they track perfectly. Do several test leads and see if you get credit for them. Make sure you do it via different ip's or else your test will never work.
