GridContainers provide dedicated resources while also allowing you to stay on our (gs) Grid-Service, rather than migrating to the completely self-managed (dv) Dedicated-Virtual Server which some people may not have the expertise to administer. While I can not look into your specific account information at this time, GridContainers are suggested when a customer is using our (gs) Grid-Service but it is discovered their site requires dedicated resources.
