I read 10X and thought that it was, in the main, a load of shallow nonsense, but then he does make some good points, e.g. massively ramp-up the demands you place on yourself, things are usually harder than you imagine. Nothing earth shatteringly new but always good to hear again.
As for Grant Cardone the person ... he is a strange mix (his wife seems a bit nuts too). He's had success and he walks the walk, and has achieved, by his own definition, a baller lifestyle, so you have to respect him for that. Be interesting to meet him face-to-face, like contract has.
I worked alongside a guy like him and I made a lot of money during that period but the guy was really difficult to work with.
If you need to be led, cajoled, bullied into achieving then maybe GC is your man.
