" When ingested, the bug can cause diarrhea, often with bloody stools. Most healthy adults can recover completely within a week, although some people _ including the very young and old _ can develop a form of kidney failure that often leads to death."

If you've heard about this bag-spinach E. Coli outbreak, the biggest hit state was Wisconsin with one death. I live in Wisconsin and had spinach from a bag Wednesday, feeling fine :cool-smiley-008:

Ahhh its all hype! Ive never ate spinach in my life untill I saw the headlines. I then when out and bought a few bags and ate them all. Im wanting to see what all the hype is about and Im still waiting.

But seriously, glad to here you aint shittin your intestines out right now!

I'm just north of milwaukee. Actually thinking about moving in to the city when my lease expires.

I've had it, but it wasn't that serious. I was on the can for a solid 6 hours and puked my balls off. I swear I lost 15 pounds from that fucking thing.

The more active on WickedFire you are, the more immune to it you'll be..

I read that somewhere.

As appealing as it is to drop a few pounds, I'm staying away!

I had just shopped for the group home I work for and had to throw away a bag. I guess restaurants will be more effected......changing the menu temporarily and larger amounts to dispose of.
