Also, in Vegas can't you just get a medical prescription? I remember going to vegas for a conference, I went to a shop where they had glass pipes, I started talking to the old hippy dude behind the counter, shared tips on how to clean 'em (I put them in a plastic container covered with alcohol in the microwave and all the resin just falls off, no scrubbing)
I mentioned something like; "I'm going to take these home as presents for people I know, but boy I wish I could fill one of those up now". He told me that I could just get a prescription, costs like $400, I think he was going to refer me to a doc that gave those prescriptions, but since I was only there a few days, I politely turned him down. I use herbal incense anyway when I travel, the real stuff at home.

Operators like the Exchanges?
I agree that MtGox needs to get it's shit together but there are a dozen other exchanges these days. Check out Tradehill.
