Between the 20+ hour flight, the 14 hour times difference and any major amount of alcohol, I might just wake up on Tuesday evening in time for the Copeac party.

I thought the flight from 4 1/2 hour flight from Toronto and the time difference was bad enough... you win.
 
You better rememeber you lose a day from time zone differences, because if you show up Tuesday for the Copeac party there won't be too many people there ;)
 
I actually gain a day, cos I'm flying in from a GMT+8 zone to GMT-3 or GMT-4 i think.

So I'll fly on Sunday for 20+ hours and still arrive late afternoon Sunday.

Yeah, I'll be sure to check.[my schedule is in a mess now]

Anyway, these things'd typically degenerate into a group 'where do we go next?' type of thing, and before you know it, everyone's standing in the middle of the desert...

Exactly. Like I said I'll be at the craps table or the bar.
 
Okay, I found an appropriate meeting place. The Sidewalk Cafe in Bally's. It's supposed to be $5 - 15 per plate average, and just good ole' fashioned American cuisine. I just tried to get us a reservation for 25, but there's no one there right now. So, I'll call back tomorrow, and try to set that up.

Looking forward to meeting everyone there!
 
We can meet up somewhere before going for the breakfast together and save our $$$ for something else instead.

The Copeac/WF party is on Monday, not Tuesday.. But you can still show up on Tuesday if ya like!
 
are you guys really that poor? if so wtf are you doing going to a conference and not working your ass off?

I blow $20 a day on coffee! and you guys are talking about not spending to much on food?

Oh andrew, the breakfast and lunch are for full pass people. Most here either don't have a full pass or can't afford a full pass!

Well, I am putting quite a bit into this trip.

I was thinking the breakfast would be good for networking with other folks too. But no worries there's Day2.

I'm still going to eat a regular breakfast. Continental just means coffee and donuts. I don't need that much sugar in the morning. And trust me, you don't want me to have that much sugar that early.
 
My goal is to eat my fill of Krispy Kremes till I'm so sick that I won't want anymore till my next trip.

Just need to pick up a dozen every morning before the thing starts.

If the Golden Nugget serves Prime Rib at breakfast, we could have that on Day2.
 
I'll post the info when I get it.. But XY7 is having a penthouse suite party on Sunday for all WF members. Free beer! Still unsure of the exact time, but if you aren't able to come here during the conference days, hit us up at our table vendor showcase at ASW on Sunday afternoon at table #15. At least 2 WF staff'ers should be there at all times from 2pm-6pm. Although, we may decide to cap it off and leave at 4:30pm-5pm so we can hit up some parties for the football games.

Either visit our table for more info or visit the XY7 table for more info.. Gotta love last minute attempts at planning stuff..

Yeah, my shirt size is a large too.

I'd tried to get the pilot to take off a couple of hours earlier, but he didn't seem too receptive.

I wish I had thought of this sooner...

It would have been cool to put together a little No Limit Hold 'em Tourney for WF'ers. Although, by the sound of it, we would have had to make the buy-in like $1.29.
