I know what's listed on the ASW site, but I was wondering if any members wanted to kind plan hangouts / meetup times and place. I'm open to anyone that wants to hang out. So far my plan is to wander around the expo hall talking to affiliate companies during the day.

Jon - did you ever come up with a time for the shoot? Is it sunday? Also, any plans on where to meet up for this?

I will cut you in on this mike, but only because your cool and only cool people can hang out at this place
 
For once, let's try and stay on topic. There have been several different that got gayjacked and never got back on topic.

Does anybody want to try and organize any kind of WF meetup? Or is everyone just going to go it alone?

I'm aware of that lerch. I was looking for more informal stuff. Maybe other newbs like myself that wanted to get together and compare notes, or just have coffee or something.

Apparently this thread was a bad idea. Doesn't look like anyone wants to take it seriously.

Anyhow, I'll just throw this out there, if anyone wants to look me up and have coffee or just bullshit around, outside of the Copeac party, I'll be at Bally's. My last name is Thomson, so you can just ask the front desk to call the room and leave a message. I plan on spending most of my time networking and learning, but I'm sure that I'll be in and out of the room periodically.

I'm down. We should do coffee eather monday or tuesday morning before the conference.
I dont usually drink coffee but considering ill only be sleeping a couple hours a night it should be a good addition to my crack binge!!(p.s. i dont do crack)!

Same here, PM me for my mobile number, I should be there Saturday night. I'll also have internet access so I'll be dropping in on WickedFire from time to time.

It seems most people are going to just do whatever happens. I know that Jon will be extremely busy hitting on all of the female affiliate managers, so don't expect to hang out with him, or even see the resource section be launched until well after ASW ends.
 
No gambling for me. I like poker, but there's no sense playing with only $50 (that's all I can afford). Not a cooler, my friends seem to win just fine with me standing there looking stupid.

Anyhow, so far we've got about 6 people in on Sunday breakfast. Meeting at Bally's at 9:00 am. If there are more that would like to join us, please PM me. If we get a large group, I'll call Bally's and see if we can reserve a table ahead of time. Not sure if they do that for breakfast, but it doesn't hurt to try.

That is the best way to get a table if they are all full.


Anyways, you all can pm me and I'll give out my cell too and will be available since I live here. I get bored gambling now.
