Your total post count seems to be on the rise for some reason :)
These contests are a good idea for your prepromotion phase. Makes the forum more active when the flood comes in.

how is your promo going?
I think it would be awesome to keep us updated on the steps your taking to promote this forum. I'm a forum newbie, but someday i'd like to start a bunch of them and actually have it work.
