You're starting from scratch and already complaining that workouts like that looks extremely light? You should be starting extremely light and simple - and you said you don't have any gear. Correct form will get you better results than more weight, and less injuries.
That workout looks like a great starter to resistance training, at least until you can get a barbell.
Pushups and pull-ups are hardly extremely light - especially for a beginner. The intensity of pushups can be increased greatly with new angles and hand positioning. You can even add weight to your back. Awesome exercise dismissed by beginners.
Mark Rippetoe - Starting Strength (Basic Barbell Trainging) is a great beginners book if you do buy some weights.
