If the term Alli is trademarked you guys may have just lost some money.

According to a presentation on domaining I just heard, the average length of time for a trademarked domain is 6 months before it is taken away.

Check out namepros.com a domaining forum to learn more.

but you get to keep the money made those 6 mos, right? What about a nice disclaimer......"not associated w/__________"? Now is it a trademarked domain or a domain w/a trademark name in it.....is there a difference? (sorry, I'm new to this stuff).

I'll take it a step further and get some lawsuit domains going for this pill.

Now... THAT is thinking ahead. Seriously, many diet pills normally end up in one form of lawsuit or another. Whether it's complications or efficacy issues, they usually get hit by a suit.
