So I got my check from Azoogle the other day and deposited it in the bank like normal and today the bank calls me and starts telling me they are going to have to send the check for collections whatever that means. The bank was giving me some bullshit about the check being over a certain dollar amount and it being from a Canadian bank where they have been having lots of problems with fraud...so now I have to pay $200 or $300 to have it go through this collections bullshit and I wont get my money for 6 to 8 weeks. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I am so fucking pissed right now!!!!
 


Seriously, time for a new bank. I've deposited Azoogle checks to both a Bank of America account and local (only has 5 branches) bank with zero problems. Sounds like you also need to switch to ACH.
 
The weird part is I have deposited two other checks from Azoogle in the past with no problems but they are saying they have been experiencing lots of problems with fraud recently and all checks from any canadian banks over a certain dollar amount are sent for collections.
 
Your bank is trying to rip you off. I have never, EVER heard of a bank charging 200-300 dollars because a check "might be fraudulent"
 
I used U.S. Bank for a while. They are beyond awful. Run. Find another bank as quickly as you can. They will take every opportunity to rip you off. They are the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
 
My banks fee is only $75 (still retarded) but the bank in Canada that azoogle uses has a really large fee to process international check colletions apparently. Im going to have to go to another bank for sure cause I cant go through this shit every month.
 
BofA tried to do that with me for a different affiliate program and I had the affiliate manager deal with it and I wasn't charged. Money released the next day.

Azoogle is probably using US $ amount bank and it should be fine, therefore.

I've deposited several azoogle checks, this has never happened.

Havent bothered to set it up yet cause I didnt care about the extra 5 days I had to wait for the check but I do care if I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get the money.
 
I have USBank.. I am pretty sure I have deposited an Azoogle check there at least once earlier this year, no problems. Lots of shady shit goes on at banks, employees involved in fraud and such. No reason you should have to pay a penny.
 
whenever depositing any checks always sign the back and include the legal wording:

Without Recourse

and you won't have any more problems with checks being cashed, bounced, etc... and the bank trying to compensate from your funds.
 
Never had problems with azoogle checks, but my asshole bank charges $20 for other checks in foreign currency.

Do azoogle do bank deposit yet? I think I will try to switch most of my accounts to direct deposit if they offer it.
 
Well I gotta say, "I love Azoogle" I called my rep about this bullshit the banks trying to pull and she has taken care of everything and is going to get the money electronically transferred to me tomorrow so I dont have to pay all these stupid fee's and wait 8 weeks to get my money. And im switching banks.
