Azoogle payouts?

I spoke to my affiliate manager a couple days ago to verify that the payout date is the 15th. He confirmed that is the case and also confirmed that they have my W-9.

Today's the 15th. No money. Caused a check to bounce.

Is this normal? How far off are their payout dates normally?

So far, I have to say, I am not impressed with Azoogle. If they can't handle something as simple as putting money in my account on the day they say they will, why would I want to continue doing business with them?

Just venting. I hate dealing with fucking incompetents. Don't promise something and then not deliver. If the money won't be in my account until a later date, then fucking tell me that.

Sad thing is, it's not a lot of money. Only about $700. So if they can't handle $700, why would I want to do more business with them?

BTW, Copeac nails the date EVERYTIME. I never have to call Danielle and ask where my money is.
 


Azoogle is so annoying recently... new AM's are about as annoying as it gets. They usually sen payments a few days after 15th or end of month.
 
That's great. So, how the hell did they get a reputation for being a good network? Whatever. That's the last I'll do business with them.
 
i think even the wires from google adsense take an extra day or two. 15th may be the day az pays you - but how do you know holdup isn't in your bank? nonetheless bouncing checks sucks, sorry man.
 
My bank is hell of slow on direct deposits. It takes 1-2 days to clear.
 
Within the past 5 months I have had some odd 'lost data' problems with azoogle. Firsrt they lost my bank details when they went to 2.0 or so was their excuse even though I had received 1 payment after 2.0. Next I've been told my 1099 has been "in the mail" since the end of Feb. After continued contact someone else from azoogle e-mails me and says they lost my SSN and need it again and that my 1099 was in fact NEVER in the mail. They also told me they had to "re-submit" my 1099 to the IRS in order to re-send it to me... I never new about this method nor-want the IRS to have multiple 1099s from the same company for me :mad:

My AM has been great but their accounting department seems to bring the suck :eek:

But yeah, I normally get my wires 15th, 16th or 17th it depends when the bank gets them and processes them. You can call your bank and see if the wire is in "que".

Thanks for the feedback! We did send out payments on the 15th as promised, but not every bank processes them in real-time, sometimes it takes a day or so for them to clear processing. Also, there is always a very small % in this case <15 ACH accounts that bounced back to us. This means that either the bank had issues during the moment of transfer, or your information wasn't entered properly. If you don't see your ach relatively soon (today/monday) contact us. On my first payment after i sent my w9, the payment came as a check although i had the ACH set up from day one, so you may want to check your mailbox aswell
