Your banning skills have turned weak. That 3 days ban lasted less than 24 hours before he went back to sig spamming.
i did ban him but he bitched like a bitch so i unbanned him.
gave a warning, he spamming again?
He left nice comments about me on my photo album but I can't approve them because WF is broked.

Can't agree more this guy uses multiple accounts, he made the mistake of using the same paypal email for two of his accounts. He runs his own litlle scamming business here on WF until somebody plugs his arse!
I also vote for banning vishalservices and all of his other accounts. He deceived me and now I have filed a PayPal dispute in an attempt to get my money back.
