A: Nothing, their posts with their links stay forever (as long the writer wasn't banned for breaking the basic rules)
2. I see that you don't have the category I need
A: Writers getting full access to add the categories they need
3. Whats that ranking algorithm you talk about?
A: Its an algorithm I developed that knows how to rank articles and authors. The whole concept is to have all the time the top 100 writers when the worst 10
are replaced once in several weeks. But, you don't need to occupy yourself with that, if you'll post great content you'll be fine.

4. You talk a lot about high quality content, and I see several posts with really low content
A: Thats true, it means that these writers were delisted (again, their posts stay) or will get delisted eventually, in each "delisting round"
only the 10 worst writers are delisted, so with time there will be very few low quality posts and writers.
5. Why should I post my stuff to your blog and not to ezinearticles?
A: In my blog your link juice and traffic is divided by 100 writers MAXIMUM. Additionally here you get your stuff approved automatically and once you join you'll see that the contents quality is very high and increasing all the time thanks to the ranking mechanism and the concept behing Top 100 Writers.
