Best computer game?

Man just got done with Fallout 3 a couple days ago, one of the best endings to a game EVER. A worthy successor IMHO. Bioshock is the shit. I hear Crysis is cool shit.

I hear good things about Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

Yes, the original TFC was the shit. Also a big fan of Diablo 2.

I have CoD4 and CoD:WaW on the 360 and both are great. Only have CoD2 on the Mac. I've always preferred computers for FPS since I get better aim with a mouse than a joystick on a controller, but I'm getting better.

COD5, CS1.6/Source, crysis warhead if ur dx10 and CNC Tib wars
The best recent thing Ive had is NAZI Zombie survival mode on COD5, team up with a few mates and survive as many waves of nazi zombies attacking ur house as possible, epic fun.

Isnt left for dead basically css reskinned?

Crysis was a game that made me say holy shit this is what games are supposed to be. Awesome AI, good story, good choice of weapons and integrated cars / boats / rafts etc. It all works well

Then I played Bioshock a year later and thought it was even better. And it is immersive in a way I didnt think games could be. I looked back at my save times and I did it in like 3 days after a full day of work. Lots of 3 or 4 am saves...

Speaking of Crysis, I just found this:
MechWarrior: Living Legends

It's a total conversion mod for Crysis. Apparently, it turns it into a very pretty Mech Warrior game.

I fucking LOVED Mech Warrior games when I was a kid. I may have to go buy Crysis now.

dude.. cod WaW..

QFT.

I've been playing since beta5.2, I think that's about 7-8 years... still play every 2nd day. Absolute best way to clear your mind if you need it.

1.6 FTW.. i play everyday.. haha

Since left for dead was mentioned, do you guys think I should get it for PC or XB360?
It depends on you. Some people think you get more accuracy with a keyboard & mouse.

Oh, also, on the off chance you're actually buying games.. Steam has STALKER on sale for 6 dollars this weekend.

Heard "Left For Dead" is amazing, as well.

I'm not a big gamer... but one older one I really dug was "Twisted Metal"... not sure if they make those for PC - but it was a cool fusion of car game and destruction.

Don't forget "Duke Nukem"! , haha

I'm old school and also play counter strike daily, like zimok said, when I get tired of deving I switch over to counter strike...I got addicted to shoot em ups early with quake and doom, I loved the first rainbow six and soldier of fortune 2, Classics! :ak:

Really enjoying Bioshock. Bought it a few days ago, almost at the end. Worth the 9 bucks I paid for it at Best Buy.

Running it on an i7 system I just put together. Very smooth, very pretty. Sound is excellent. Something awesome about hearing someone rant insanely on and on about the injustice in his life right before you turn the corner and he swings a lead pipe at your head. In a game anyways.
