I'm a CPA affiliate revving about xxx,xxx per month (mainly via media buys) With that said, I know almost nothing about Adult beyond what my favorite sites are.

I've always been intrigued and think it would be a fun time. Probably would wanna get started with something like AFF.

Any advice?
 


ok... my post was pretty vague.

Let me be more specific.

Not looking to start a tube site or anything like that...

Just wanna know where the traffic is and how to buy it.

I tried emailing a couple sites with a script that usually does ok for reg sites asking about the CPM/Remnant...etc (through the advertising link - not blindly) and got almost no responses. I'm getting the feeling I'm coming across like I have no clue what I'm doing so there not even taking the time to respond.

someone just needs to come up with a new and exciting way to help the masses get their rocks off on the internet, that's what marketing is about. nothing ever truly dies. everything online eventually evolves and only the smart and strong will survive..
 
In mainstream, you're happy if you get a 10% conversion rate. In adult, you're happy if you get a 0.1% conversion rate. But on the other hard, it's easy to create an adult site that gets over 100k pageviews per day.
 
iq69.com is good one. the adult scene is extremely competitive, so be prepared to spend loads on traffic
 
i recommend going to moldova, befriending the mafia and taking advantage of the cheap girls for quality original content.
 
Only people i know who are banking hard now just starting out got into that weird shit like midget porn, fetishes, and other things we all imagine but don't want to say.
 
In the recent era of free porn tubes its quite hard to make a money in the adult industry, espcially if you're new... Unless you do something very new and uncommon that does the magic or use some special skillz :zzwhip:

Also the competition for the paysites is quite heavy, during the "economy crisis" there are plenty of girls who wanted to start their website and earn some bucks showing off their asses and tities ;)

unless you have some sort of weird niche like going around filming crackwhores from the ghetto (ala blackvaginafinder.com) that cant really be found elsewhere, it's pretty tough to jump into now since there is such a huge amount of porn out there nowadays.

the only things people are really banking off of now is cams and dating in the adult realm.

What about going to a strip bar and getting some "volunteers", for a start? If illegal where you live, what about going to a place where it's not illegal and trying it?
