Better Business Bureau Exec. Grilled on Camera

Any rating system is subject to gaming and manipulation by all parties. People who put stock in a BBB rating are about as bright as people who buy a product on Amazon based on the number of stars it has.

The best part is, once you've paid their "fee", if your rating falls, you just have to call them and inform them that your business's revenue is higher than whatever they think it is. They never ask for proof, and they'll raise the rating based on what they consider "an appropriate number of complaints for a business of that (larger) size"

LOL, all these business rating services are sellouts.
How much money do I need to pay the BBB to give me a gold star next to my A+ rating?
