Some island nations give you a citizenship for purchasing land. If we were born outside the US, you can usually get a second passport without too much hassle.

People always assume tax evasion when offshore banking is brought up. It's just smart diversification. Yes, there's plenty of evaders, but don't paint everyone with the same brush.

myths about swiss bank accounts are a product of james bond movies. They have huge anti money laundering laws and other treaties have been signed now that won't do you any good..
