Bevo Media Launch

Alright just been helping people install their self hosted the past 5-6 hours. To answer some of your questions:

@amorph and defelice: We are in the process of creating an entire social media editor for Myspace, Facebook and POF. This will allow you to easily manage and upload your social media campaigns, as well as track their performances built into our tracking system. This is going to be our best feature yet, however it will not be brought live until the current platform is perfected.

The multi variant tester and auto optimizer feature has been something that has been on our list for a while, however it keeps getting pushed down the list as new things keep popping up. I'd like to perhaps have a chat with some of you, get a general consensus of exactly how you want the multi variant/auto optimizer feature architected, and we will implement to exactly to fit the industry desires.

Ill answer the rest of the questions in the AM. Have a few hundred pending members that ill approve in the AM as well. Again thanks for the feedback! :)

Been waiting for weeks on end. Good job Ryan and the Bevo Team. Some automation as said above and we are golden.

Perfect this shit and I will forget about tha 202.

Does it support variable conversion payouts on CPS campaigns from places like cj?

How about the elimination or at least a reduction in the installs footprint. Finding a 202 installation via some basic Google search parameters made me feel the Prosper install was naked.

Perhaps the ability to custom generate a unique url string.

i talked to ryan and it may look like there have been some problems installing with wiredtree. If they are your host and you have gotten the to install correctly or it wont install, message me on aim : italiano4sure

YES, setup option where you can define a global parameter(s)

An option for a fixed subid value. A lot of indie programs do not support dynamic subids being appended to the url.

This.

Also, mad props to uplinked for coding this.. IMO, this product has the potential to (and I think will) blow away t202 and Automatica's platform.

I really like the campaign editor for Goog/Y/Bing and the queue system. Very, very sexy stuff.

I haven't had a chance to download the self-hosted release, but what parts of the code are Zend encrypted (and why)?

Thanks, man :) But I should really clarify that I've only been working on here for the last few months, Ryan's had developers on this project for over 2 years.

None of it is. No Zend Encryption required, nothing shady. We've tried to design selfhost to accommodate even super-paranoid users.

(Zend Encryption used to be a requirement for the selfhost, before I started working here and we took a drastically different approach; if you still see that it's required somewhere, lemme know so we can remove that)

Re: Subids, multivariate and other feature requests -- We're watching this thread carefully, and trying to decide what to implement immediately, versus what to add to our "someday" list. Sorry, no ETA for any of these features, but they're all priorites.

Re: Multiple conversions -- My best guess is "It should work". We've never really tried this, but we recognize the importance of the feature. We've got a guy looking into this right now, trying multiple offers on a single landing page and looking for data/bugs. We'll post back here with updates.

Just signed up to give this test, congrats on the launch guys.

What sort of hardware does this need to run on, currently I've got a 768 VPS doing my tracking but p202 struggles when doing a reasonable amount of PPV traffic.
