I noticed you used the words investor and investment over and over. And this is going to be the angle the .gov uses to squash this. It violates SEC investment laws. If you wrote this I would drop any investment verbiage.

SEC currently exempts digital currency.
If you leave your money in bitcoins, you are only subject to SEC laws when you try to convert that back into USD.
No big deal, I am not laundering money or trying to hide/cheat on my taxes
Im gonna take a Warren Buffett/Benjamin Graham Approach to Bitcoins.. Let this thing be in existence at least 20 years before I invest all my life savings in this. oh yes, Ill invest a little so if i loose it, it's just one campaign gone. but Bitcoin is too new, and too unstable and too Hack-able right now. A bubble might burst.,.. AND I BELIEVE that Bitcoin is here to stay, but I'll be watching to see how well it does.. But hell yeah, im buying a mining machine, possibly a couple.. and we'll see where it goes
