How did he find his way to the secret lair the first time? They only communicate in person and Mr. Robot led him there personally. How could he wander there on his own and find it?
 
FWIW the guy who wrote the Mr. Robot story is Egyptian, and got the idea during Arab Spring when the govt shut down internet access and people on the ground were setting up ad-hoc mesh nets + dialup to get their stuff out to twitter.

Just like in fightclub he is Mr. Robot, he just has no memory of setting up FSociety.

Hopefully this is not what it is. I already thought it was lazy writing to go after the financial records like Fight Club did. It they copied the alter ego thing too, I'd be super disappointed.
