The only constructive criticism I would give is you should consider getting your order form to send an auto-responder with the order details submitted and confirmation they have been received on your end after it has been received. This helps keep track of things for people who order multiple services etc.
All in all A++ service.

John, I already ordered services from you many years ago, but you only get a very tiny fraction of my link building spend because your communication and turn-around-time just doesn't meet what I'm expecting.
Send out auto-confirmation emails containing the order details and clear your order queue faster or get some help and I'll order weekly from you rather than every 4-6 months.

I want to know if I can do this:
Use 2 URLs, each URL with 5 keywords of its own ( no mixing and matching between URLs ) - Can you do this?
Example:
1. domain1.com/page.php - KW1: anchor1, KW2: anchor2, KW3: anchor3
2. domain2.com/page2.php - KW4: anchor4, KW5: anchor5, KW6: anchor6
No mixing and matching.. Can you do this? each kw set needs to only be used with the specific URL its tied to.

I ordered 12 days ago and still haven't received my report either, and have to agree with this guy. I've posted twice on this thread asking for an update, and haven't gotten a PM or even a post in this thread. I have no doubt your service works from all of the reviews but I can't take the poor communication.
PLEASE SHOOT ME A PM AND LET ME KNOW WHERE YOU ARE ON MY ORDER AND WHEN I SHOULD BE EXPECTING TO SEE A REPORT.
