In order to have a free will and make informed decisions, you need to be truly objective, which is a quality possessed by very few.
You do realize that a personal experience can't, by definition, be objective?
You seem to believe that you are somehow a superior human, with a 'truly objective' personal point of view and therefore are responsible for your actions. But that would imply that you believe in the existence of 'inferior' creatures whose point of view is not 'truly objective' and therefore aren't responsible for their actions?
Also, you seem to say all thought is not original because it originates from previous experiences, yet if the thought is derived from 'accurately understood previous experiences' then it is somehow original?
