OP specifically talked about allowing steroid discussion on his forum.

:love-smiley-083:

What's the problem with that? BB.com, the holy fucking grail of bodybuilding forums has a Steroids sub-forum. I don't have a problem with that. People who choose to use Steroids deserve a separate section to talk about it. What I do have a problem with is an uneducated and uninformed person implying that everyone into bodybuilding uses steroids.

On that note, I'm off to the gym...

This. Jcash is just a non-lifting, socially awkward troll. Leave him to his misery.

Write a thread series in each sub-section. For example, Nutrition section can have a 10 Day thread series that are stickied. Day 1: Determine base line calories, Day 2: Budget, etc. Make each day it's own thread. Make it easy for people to follow the program and encourage them to share their results. People love that shit. Do a thread series for each sub-section. Plus BB.com has nothing like that.

Yup good advice. Do sets of series on muscle groups, supplement types, sleep, recovery, etc. Give out a supplement at the end of each series and mention the giveaway in every installment.

If you're not talented enough to write high quality biology/chemistry/anatomy/etc. content in a simple readable format then pay for it from athletes who can write. Well written nutrition and fitness info will keep people coming back and bringing others with them no matter how tapped the market is.

I shave my legs and wear spandex riding around like a little fairy on a bicycle. It's the hardest most painful thing I've ever done in my life.
I have trouble moving 45lb plates now-days.
I can squat 3x my body weight.

Does this make me a socially awkward pussy or can I hang with the juice heads?
