Bulk Importing Email Accounts into Thunderbird?

You must have a lot of email accounts.
I know there's an xml file that has all the account information for each email account. If you can locate that in your profile folders I am sure you would be able to figure out the structure and import them that way.

I was thinking more along the line of loading the email addresses into a .csv and importing into Thunderbird somehow?

Are you loading multiple email accounts that you own into TB or multiple contacts?
If multiple contacts, see bb_wolfe's link. If it's the former, you would just need to convert the csv file into the xml format it's looking for.

emails not contacts.

But I can't find what you're referring to with the xml file.

If they're emails then just set up the account and your mail server should have all of them in there already and will populate TB with them. If they're email accounts, I could be wrong about the xml file because it's been a long time since I've used TB but if you're using Windows XP check these locations:
C:\Documents and Settings\Turbo\Application Data\Mozilla\ThunderBird\
C:\Documents and Settings\Turbo\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\ThunderBird\

Look for a file called accounts.xml or something of that nature. Open it up in a text editor like PSPad and look at the structure of the xml tags (same as html tages). Then edit your csv to match the structure.
