Regardless of the faith you follow, be it even some religion that believes in human sacrifice, the moment you violate the law of the land, you will be taken care of regardless of your religious practices.

PS: most americans would disagree with me and subigo, they'd be more inclined to get rid of Islam presence or feel indifferent bout it being threatened after 9/11 and all. And most americans don't have the same kind of exposure I do growing up an army brat.

They mentioned on the news that they thought it was odd that this whole discussion was being ignored on the "jihadi forums" - whatever that means. Maybe WickedFire has an evil, Muslim brother somewhere on the interwebs. Anyway, they took that to mean that the Jihadis aren't discussing it because they don't have a horse in this race. They don't like the guys behind the mosque as much as they don't like America. Maybe.

What we do know is if they did support the mosque, conservatives would definitely latch onto the fact that these Jihadi forums supported the mosque being built trying to tie the terrorists to the project. The fact that the Jihadis are keeping quiet almost seems like they don't want to fuck things up for the builders of the mosque, by allowing them to be associated. That might concern people...

And Christians are the fucking lunatics. Let me tell you a little story. Back in 1998 I was riding in a car with a girl I knew to return some videos to Blockbuster. It was raining hard and visibility sucked. Well, out of nowhere the girl I was riding with missed a stop sign and t-boned a minivan. We were going a good 60mph and there were no breaks involved at all. Luckily, the lady in the minivan wasn't hurt... but she did get out of her minivan to come see if we were okay (I was not). As soon as she made it up to our almost-still-looked-like-a-car, the first the she asked was, "ARE YOU CHRISTIANS?!". The girl I was with responded, "What? No? Do you have a cell phone? Can you call 911?". At this point the lady starts screaming that we are Satanists, pulls out a handful of "Repent or Burn!" flyers, throws them in our car, runs to her van and drives off like a madwoman.

I've got a million stories like the one above. I also personally know a lot of people that are very public about wanting anyone non-white or non-christian to die. Some in my immediate family. Hell, one of my good friends lives about 200 yards away from a field where the KKK still hold outdoor meetings with giant cross burnings.

So Popeye, do I think Christians are just as fucking nuts as Muslims? Yep. More so actually, because I witness their crazy shit every day of my life. And if you don't think they exist, you are delusional.

Now someone is putting down millions do buy and build this site near ground zero. Now I don't know anyone personally who died in the results but that sounds pretty fucked up to me.

Moderates might look at this as a beautiful gesture of tolerance and freedom.

But moderates aside, the extremists will look at it the same way? I believe this symbol will used as fuel in the propaganda campaign on how weak and simple American's are.

We get a kick about leaving our mark where we've been. We go to the moon, we leave a flag. We take Iwo Jima...we raise a flag. Then make statues commemorating that event and sell prints (God Bless America).
