One of the first things I did in business school was to google a business plan, it's not that complicated. Also the above points are really good, I don't see why you need 50k and you really don't need to waste your time creating a biz plan.

You can have an MBA from a top US university write a business plan these days for <3k. It doesn't mean anything.

If I was going to take 50k from someone, I would:
A) Research a brand-new niche I was interested in and make sure there was money to be made
B) Pay for the site to be designed and coded well
C) Hire *good* writers and get at least daily or twice-daily content that people interested in the niche would read
D) Promote the fuck out of it
There should be enough money for a year's worth of writing/promotion at least. I would not include my current projects in the agreement. I would create a new company expressly for this project.
Do not involve your current projects. Create something out of nothing and keep it separate from your own stuff.
