I have something similar to this, but i got a roku box for my netflix and it fucking rocks. it makes it worth at least triple the 20 it costs me.
I've had the WD TV for a couple weeks now. It's pretty awesome. They have some experimental firmware that will allow you to use USB network adapters so you can stream content (I think there is support for a wireless card or two although wirelessly streaming HD content is sketchy).
They also just released the WD TV2 which has a built in NIC and does DTS downmixing in case you don't have an audio receiver.
