I use StrongVPN.com and they rock. And they have a choice of having your IP from a lot of different places.

i tried them out and there service was solid but i was put off by the fact that you can only switch ip locations like 2 or 3 times a month. its not like you can check the UK ads this morning then in the afternoon see whats happening in canada. unless i'm mistaken?
