I've been looking at the 335i

It performs better than any audi you can buy (l love audis btw).

you can get a nice used one in the high 20's

that car is amazing it's basically pointless to buy a M3 now.

I've been looking at 2003/4 Mercedes E 500s or E 600s - (v8, comfortable, looks badass) but the high maintenance costs kinda make me nervous.
I'm also looking at 4-door cars because its always nice to have room to haul some shit, and I'm 6'6" so legroom is an issue with alot of the smaller coupes.

First off there has never been a 03/04 600 series Benz E-Class, they never made such a thing after the late 90's - in addition even if they had allt he modern 600 series Benz's all have v12 engines - not v8

Until this past production year ALL Mercedes Benz E-Class cars were 4 doors, so tyour second statement also makes no sense...

i test drove the g35 sedan and felt great in it.. loved the new disc brakes on it and it handled like a dream... where do u live?"

Ya man I hear that. Thank god they got rid of those drums. Nothing feels better under your right foot than a sick set of disc brakes.

2008 Pontiac G8 GT, I was considering buying one, but it was too fast for me, I ended up going with a 2010 Ford Edge LTD AWD

If you don't get a 335, you're an idiot, its hands down the best car you can buy at that price range, if you don't like it for some particular reason I can understand but to dismiss it for no apparent reason you're fooling yourself. While the coupe is hands down one of the sickest cars, the sedan is pretty good as well. 4 door is 4 door, you need what you need.

Find one with sport package, the navigation on 07/08 sucks, but it is what it is, if you opt to get it without the navi and what not you can get sedans for pretty cheap. As for the coupe you can get an 08 easy

I also think the BMW 335 coupes are sexy as hell. I have also been a fan of the Nissan 370z, just gorgeous all around.

Agreed. The 335 is an amazing car in terms of how easy it is to turn it into a monster with a simple ECU upgrade but the fact that BWM didnt put a LSD in that car (or any other non-M car since the mid 90s) is disgraceful. Having to drop another $3.5k or so to have a proper differential in a car with that type of power is lame but completely necessary if you get a 335 and intend to actually drive it.
If you want a 4 door that is smooth to drive and will put down more power than you can use on a public road 90% of the time then get a 335i sedan and install a LSD and some performance engine management software. You will have a well mannered daily driver with 330 whp and 360+ wtq and a bargain for under $30k.

I don't see how you can go wrong with a BMW or Benz. Whatever you do don't get a Pontiac. I don't know how people like the G8, it looks like a cheap piece of shit IMO.

lol @ the suckers who blow their money on expensive cars and other unnecessary goods.

I'd buy something modest with really great mileage. It's all about cash flow baby. Expensive cars use lots of gas and cost more to maintain, insurance, etc.
