I used to have a place in Austin, but now in Bay Area. Much more gay friendly than TX.

Ha. No, #5 was a hint.

Considering my other posts? You mean I sound like a guy?

Yepp.

And it's not only you...I've read an interview with Jon some time ago, for example, and it was conducted by a female...She said in her article that she loved the forum for the ideas, but hated the roughness and the boobs...

And it made sense.

But then, when I start wondering if this forum is female friendly, I'm reminded of stuff like this, this and this :D

What we have here is the new & improved kind of lady - The Wicked Fire Lady!:female:

I'm a girl and 7 months pregnant with a girl, so that makes two girls here! However, I am a total noob and quite frankly too tired to be working on learning more, lately. AFTER I pop the baby out I will get down to business.:spawn:

Resident GILF checking in!

If only babies just "popped out"! lol.....you think you're tired now? Just wait......the pregnancy is just training for after the baby comes. VERY worth it all though! :)

After waitressing in a topless bar and bartending (9 years), most of my friends growing up were guys, being active in Boy Scouts (about 7 years-scoutmaster for 3 of those years), and 3/5 of my kids are male.........well, I'm pretty comfortable here at WF!

Can I just echo that sentiment? Fortunately, it does get easier after the first couple. :) That initial brand-new-baby period REALLY kills me.

That said, I did start my first business with a baby AND pregnant, so you CAN do it! :)

Nah, boobs and vaginas are no big deal. I mean yeah, I couldn't be a dick to people, but I think that's less of a girl thing and more of a Laura thing. :) That said, I DO appreciate when people are flat out honest about how stupid a question is, for example. You don't find that everywhere.

Laura

Haha. I almost added that trans and cross dressers were okay. Anyone that odd has the be really interesting in conversation. :)

Laura

So trans ppl are not ok? I'd fit into that category only i still sit down to pee but it's no longer in the womens washroom. i do have an odd sense of humour but i can gauratee that i am normal and quite interesting in conversations ;)

(just a note, TG women don't piss in urinals (drag queens sure, but not transgendered women), they're female and use the female washroom where their aren't any urinals. although i've met my fair share of odd trannies in vancouver, anyone who goes thru a dr to get on hormones has to undergo psych evals trying to prove they are crazy and when they're done poking and prodding you and can determine you are perfectly sane, THEN and only then will they pull out the prescription pad - that's not to say people don't go to the streets for their drugs.)

haha. Well, I'm into a lot of guy stuff and a perv so I can see why people thought I was a guy. :D

But no, I don't think this place is female friendly. Most girls will stay lurking.

There might be more girls here than you think..that you're taking for as guys..I've done business with 'guys' on other forums for years to eventually find out, they're really girls. And one even called herself John online. Guys don't want to sell their car sites to a girl, you know? Plus, we get jacked up prices. When I cut my name short I started getting better deals.

I'm actually really nice, just not when it involves money or stupid people that are asking for it!

Agreed, a lot of girls wouldn't be comfortable around here, but luckily I'm not most girls. If I had to work for someone else, I would want a work environment just like WickedFire. I think that's what drew me in to begin with. WF is a lot like my former job - lots of guys with dirty minds. I love it!

And besides, my husband is sick of hearing me giggle whenever someone says "taint" or "tossed salad" so when my guy friends aren't around, I try to get it out of my system by reading WF.
