I never used CJ seriously, but Azoogle is AWESOME: conversions are well, always able to chat with my account managers when I have questions, payments on time (= bank wire) or in the past PayPal!!

I think CJ is too big to be personal...

I've been with CJ for around four months. I just signed up with Azoogle because of all of the buzz about them on this forum. Thanks guys.

You applied directly or through a referral?
You have more change to get 'approved' when it's through someone who is already an affiliate of Azoogle! Besides that they mainly accept US affiliates nowadays!!

2 different markets

I have always liked Azoogle better, but I have to say they are two different entities all together. Cj is huge and has offers from a much wider variety of verticals.

Azoogle, in my opinion, is a much tighter system. All of their offers convert well, it seems, and I think they do a better job of crafting offers with the advertisers. The only downside is they don't work with the bigger brand names. Their advertisers are really savvy data brokers, I believe. I mean, 1.50 for a zip code? C'mon. You have to have some kind of system in place to make that work.

CJ and Azoogleto some degree are different animals.

CJ is more of a "retail" affiliate program, paying you for SALES of actual products, although they do have some lead gen programs like mortgage and insurance.

Azoogle is more of a CPA network - the A stands for Action - not Sale.
So they have OFFERS and the action you get paid for could be a freebie offer, a lead form or some other action.

NOTE:Azoogle is one of my clients, but I'm trying not to be biased with this info and just factual.

If you have lots of GENERAL traffic or certain types of traffic, than Azoogle can make you lots more because the consumer is getting freebies or just filling out a form with out having to buy anything. That combined with great support are some of the reasons affiliates love Azoogle so much.

If you have targeted traffic for a specific niche and know how to market though CJ can still make lots of money. I know many affiliates making 10K and up a month. Many of our programs are on CJ so I've seen the stats and there is big money to be made, but it can take a little more skill and more targeted traffic to generate good income.

Hope that makes sense.

rembrandt- Yes you can run both CJ and Azoogle there is no limitation.

pjleonhardt & Nathan - I've heard reports from affiliates that it's taking awhile to get approved. Can't hurt to email support if it's been over a week. I know they are swamped with apps and also very thorough about checking before they approve anyone to weed out spyware apps and other baddies.

I'll check with the guys over there and ask what the best process is for expediting your app.

Azoogleads has never gotten back with me on my application.

I'm with quite a few CPA networks including Mport and they all seem to have similar offers.

I like selling real products with CJ.

Yeah I emailed them and got a replay stating they are currently swamped with applications at the moment. They are working through it and will address all applications as soon as they can.
