When I was in the adult industry Fleshlight had just launched and the owner sent me a few of them for free to "test out". I couldn't bring myself to use it, so I gave it to some friends to try. Three of the four of them loved it, but I still think the 4th one was just being a wuss.

Anyhow, the conversion rates on them were pretty damn good. If I remember correctly it was doing 1:18-1:35 or so, which is VERY good for a CPA like that.
