Concern About Stupid Users

I run an article website. Periodically a visitor follows a link on an article, is not happy, and then for some reason decides to contact me.....

I try to explain that they followed a link from an article website to another webiste, and then probaly to a sponsor website - which apparently they did not get.....

But does this happen to you? How do you handle it. I guess I could put a disclaimer on the website that I am not responsible for outside links....

It's funny, because I got an email account with like 150+ customer emails that I never (or will ever) read.
