She's lucky he didn't come down even harder on her. In VA that kind of shit (regardless of color) is not tolerated, especially in stafford county. (Them's a much of assholes.) She was out of line for swinging at an officer. He needs to go back and get some training.
It should have been an expandable baton to the face.
I am tired of seeing news headlines saying things similar to "Woman punched in the face for Jaywalking". She was punched in the face for assaulting a police officer.
She should have followed these simple tips from Chris Rock.....

There's no way in hell he's getting suspended for that. Look how much that girl resisted arrest. He could have tasered her or sprayed her easily, but didn't. If anything, girl #1 is lucky she didn't get sprayed/tasered and girl #2 is lucky it was just a soft punch IMO.
