I hope its not one fucking count.... they'll lock you up for weed possession for years and give out all sorts of counts for every seed or gram, and they just give this sick fuck one count aggravated child molestation and one count for child molestation?! Didn't he do this shit every month since March 2008??
I really wish there would be a federal law passed specifically catered towards FIRST TIME sex offenders of minors/children. Where they should be either castrated or executed, let the kid's family decide, because there is no way to cure someone from having sex with children, and there is no reason for any tax payers to have to pay for him to be locked away for a while only to get out and just fucking do it again!
It makes me sick to keep seeing shit like this happen, where they stick him into some rehab program, like all he needs to do is talk about his feelings and he'll be cured. Big woop, he has to go around his area telling all of his neighbors he likes kids, yeah, that sucks for him, but what about the towns/cities near him that are outside the borders?!?
Enough already, just nuke their nuts or kill them, its the only proven way to stop them from doing it again, because the first time around is bad enough.
