Craigslist PVA phone numers?

Has anyone else found a good source for purchasing area code specific land lines or cell lines for PVA creation? IP switiching is easy....just need more numbers! There must be a better way than purchasing multiple cell phones.

nope, most of them (if not all) are banned by CL. The solution is far from that simple

PVA's dont work unless you got rotating IP's correct?
Isnt it best to ask for that when purchasing a PVA?
