Considering the this thread was originally about an enlightened member post that I wrote and a recommendation that I gave to a BST seller you'd think I would know what she was talking about...
...but you'd be wrong.

The original matter has been resolved, and the situation is considered closed, by WIA standards. It was a small case of mistaken policies and confusion.
As an added bonus, in fact OP is not a troll, and I've confirmed it with additional resources provided by WIA in field agents.

It's a shame she had to put herself in a position to go through the hammering she copped over a (apparent) misunderstanding. Mind you, replying to every bit of bait like an overly emotional three year old didn't help her cause.
Should be stickied as an example of how not to go about things on this particular forum.
Now that she is gone I can provide Dwight with some more boners. lol
